Compensation and BenefitsNight shift premium of $1.50/hour. Sign-on Bonus of $6,000 for full-time and $3,000 for part-time. Accountability incentive of $3/hour for full-time and $1.50/hour for part-time. Pick-up pay of $6/hour for day shift and $10/hour for night shift.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personal care to ensure residents' comfort and the highest standard of care.
- Adhere to all guidelines established through the STNA training program and state regulations, as well as comply with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks to maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage paperwork, medical forms, charting, and all required documentation as part of the resident care and transition processes.
- Assist residents during admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure continuous quality care and support during transitions.
- Follow care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.
- Focus on individual resident needs and encourage their ability to make personal choices.
- Receive direction from the charge nurse regarding direct resident care.
- Report any allegations of abuse or neglect to the appropriate organizational leadership.
- Notify management of hazardous incidents, including injuries and equipment issues.
- Implement and adhere to disaster plans in emergencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Current State of Ohio STNA certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to learn new software applications as necessary for the role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, managers, supervisors, direct care staff, residents, families, and physicians.
