Clinical Pharmacist

MU Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to optimize medication management, ensure patient safety, and deliver cost-effective solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will use your clinical expertise to review, verify, and compound medications based on patient needs.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify medications to ensure accuracy and safety
- Compound medications as needed to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless medication management
- Provide education and guidance to pharmacy students and technicians
- Serve as a valuable resource for prescribers
- Pharmacist license in Missouri
- Previous experience in hospital pharmacy or completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency
- Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of pharmacotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
