Facility: A prestigious healthcare organization recognized nationally is expanding its primary care services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This health system consistently ranks among the leading healthcare providers in the United States and is highly regarded within the DMV region.
Opportunity: We are seeking Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient-focused roles. Key features of this opportunity include:
- Outpatient-only positions available
- Flexible scheduling options, including Monday to Friday or four-day work weeks
- Collaborate with a well-established team of physicians, with no inpatient responsibilities as a hospitalist group manages those cases
- Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system
- Average patient load of 18 to 22 per day, with 30 minutes allocated for new patients and 15 minutes for follow-ups
- Teaching opportunities available, though not mandatory
Compensation: An attractive starting salary is offered, along with performance-based bonuses for additional earnings. A comprehensive benefits package is included, featuring continuing medical education (CME), malpractice insurance, paid time off (PTO), relocation assistance, sign-on bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision coverage, and retirement plans.
