About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Acute team at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, CA. As a full-time RN, you will work 12-hour night shifts and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced 45-bed unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to a variety of patients, including those with medical and surgical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
