About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our site civil design team, you will be responsible for designing site plans for top brand name clients across various industries.

As a Senior Design Engineer at Bohler, you will engage in valuable interactions with external clients, perfect your technical site design knowledge, and share your expertise with your team. You will also immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping through project closeout.

Requirements
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus.
  • Experience in site civil design.
  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D).
