Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct a team of engineers and technicians in the planning and execution of transportation infrastructure initiatives.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation engineering.
