Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to adult patients in their homes. As a Home Health Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our electronic system
  • Providing health education and training to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license as a RN/LPN/LVN in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least 6 months of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
