At Server Products, we are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling completed products/subassemblies and packaging to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare work to be accomplished by using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), blueprint specifications, and Product Structure list by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Assemble components/units using various tools
  • Perform wiring and assembly operations on a variety of electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Keep equipment operational by keeping it clean and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed
  • Cut, form, and connect and/or terminate wiring in accordance with instructions or prototypes
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by using standard 5S practices
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of labor time, production quantities, inventory movements and scrap in ERP system
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of assembly of various components to complete product/subassemblies
  • Is resilient and understands change is constant
  • Positive and can-do approach to work
  • Possess strong attention to detail and good math and reasoning skillset
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with other employees
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and electrical schematics
