Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure in the state where the SNF is located.
- 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a SNF.
