About the Role

The Department Manager in Training program offers an accelerated 1-2 year training experience where you will work hands-on with products, customers, and team members to develop your leadership skills and become a successful Department Manager upon completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to effectively manage store operations through program modules, seminars, and regular meetings with trainers and coaches.
  • Work closely with department managers, trainers, and coaches to seek performance feedback and work towards growth and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1 or more years of supervisory or related work experience, or recent college graduate.

Salary and Benefits

This position comes with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package that aligns with industry standards. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
