Job Summary:
The Lead Communications Technician will oversee the installation and maintenance of voice and data systems, ensuring compliance with company and customer quality and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate installation projects and ensure timely completion
Supervise and train installation teams
Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project budget and productivity
Maintain accurate records and paperwork

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in telecommunications or related field
Proven supervisory experience
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
