We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at the Philadelphia Children's Crisis Response Center.

Job Summary:

The Night Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational functions of the center during the night shift. This includes supervising staff, conducting rounds, and making decisions in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all clinical and operational functions during the night shift
  • Conduct rounds of the entire center and CSU during scheduled shifts
  • Use clinical knowledge and sound judgment to make decisions in critical situations
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director and other staff members
  • Represent the center administration during their absence
  • Display quality customer service and serve as a positive role model
  • Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained during shifts and communicate staffing decisions to administration
  • Act as a resource person to interpret policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • BSN or Master's degree in social work or related field
  • Current PA state license and CPR certification
  • Five years supervisory or management experience
  • Minimum of three years clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
