Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all clinical and operational functions during night shifts

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including staffing decisions and communication with PCCRC administration
  • Represent the Philadelphia CRC administration during their absence
  • Display quality, professional customer service during all interactions
  • Serve as a positive role model and resource person to interpret CRC, Nursing, and Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained during night shifts and adjacent shifts
  • Communicate staffing decisions and needs to PCCRC administration
  • Assume leadership role in the event of a Staffing Emergency
Requirements:
  • BSN required
  • Current PA state license and CPR required
  • Five years supervisory or management experience required
  • Minimum of three years clinical experience in a psychiatric setting required
