Position Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist II will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to adult patients requiring infusion, hydration, or transfusion services in an outpatient setting. The role involves ensuring rapid access to comprehensive care for individuals with complex health needs.


Work Schedule:
10-hour day shifts; commitment to working 5 out of 6 weekends within a 6-week rotation, alongside 1 weekday shift.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.


Applicants holding an Associate's degree must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of employment and complete the degree within five years.

- A valid Maryland or Compact RN license is mandatory.
- BLS CPR certification is required.
- Previous RN experience is essential.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to model and uphold evidence-based practices, guide others in care planning, make independent clinical decisions in complex scenarios, and proactively assist team members with patient assignments.


As of January 1st, 2022, full vaccination against COVID-19 is required, with proof of vaccination to be provided during the pre-boarding process. Medical and religious exemptions may be considered upon request during occupational health screenings.
