Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the company and gain valuable experience in sales and marketing operations.
The successful candidate will coordinate marketing activities, manage CRM systems, and support the sales team with data and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Marketing Activities: Manage standard promotions and designs, and transition data to the sales team.
- CRM Administration: Serve as the admin for the CRM system, ensuring all records are updated and accurate.
- Facilitate Strategy Meetings: Assist in organizing and facilitating strategy meetings to improve customer service.
- Customer Service Coordination: Help transition from finding new customers to servicing top customers, focusing on four key service categories for 14 top customers.
- Support Sales Team: Assist Shawn and Dean by keeping records updated, formatting reports, and facilitating customer meetings.
- Data Management: Work with IT and analytics teams to transfer data to sales and marketing, input customer forecasts manually, and coordinate marketing for the website.
- Logistics and Pricing: Collaborate with IT to create logistics maps with pricing and organize inventory data.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with approximately 10 internal team members daily from various parts of the organization, with no client interface.
