Role Overview

As a key member of our Solution Consulting division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by supporting sales initiatives for [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] solutions. You will be instrumental in generating revenue for our offerings, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering solutions and effectively positioning them throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team, targeting customers across diverse industry sectors.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to identify client challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations that align with their needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with client partners.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including customer journey sessions to establish roadmaps and outcome agreements.
  • Offer insights to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer demands and deliver added value.
  • Share best practices and reusable resources with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and market differentiation.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • Expertise in the ServiceNow platform or a strong technical background in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
