Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a subject matter authority, liaising with clients and auditors on intricate accounting matters.
- Oversee operational due diligence for significant transactions such as IPOs, mergers, and debt financing.
- Guarantee adherence to SEC and regulatory standards for financial disclosures.
- Remain informed on emerging ASC accounting regulations and spearhead initiatives for process enhancements.
- Guide and mentor team members while actively participating in firm-wide initiatives and business growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
At CFGI, we provide a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000 - $185,000. Our benefits and bonus structures are designed to recognize and reward performance and professional development.
