Job Title: Administrative Support Associate for Patient Care

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate for Patient Care to join our team at St. John's Community Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and medical staff.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service to patients and families
  • Manage patient flow and schedule appointments
  • Answer phones, take messages, and forward calls to staff
  • Process patient registration and billing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
