Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Experience Leader to join our team at Savas Health in Indio, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall patient experience through effective management of our service lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in managing staff scheduling, patient flow, and customer service. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction
  • Manage patient scheduling and ensure that schedules are at capacity
  • Oversee staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage and support for providers
  • Manage medical supplies and ensure proper inventory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory position in a hospital setting
  • Hospital setting management experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
