We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, budgeting, equipment purchasing, and facility maintenance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with key physicians and marketing to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice.

">

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of business principles, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic">
  • Supervising staff, including physical therapists, PT Aides, and administrative personnel">
  • Budgeting and financial management">
  • Purchasing equipment and supplies">
  • Maintaining the facility">
  • Developing relationships with key physicians and marketing to existing and new physicians">
  • Leading team meetings to discuss patient plans of care and implement changes">
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to new graduates and less experienced therapists">
  • Monitoring clinic performance and conducting peer reviews">
  • Collaborating with regional directors for pay increases and professional development opportunities">

Qualifications

">

To be considered for this leadership role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution">
  • Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in your state">
  • Three or more years of experience as a therapist with supervisory experience preferred">
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred">
  • Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred">
