Job Title: Full-Time Orthodontic Associate

Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:
  • Provide comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform various orthodontic procedures, including braces, aligners, and other corrective devices.
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about orthodontic care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with our dedicated team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and practice protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Certification: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from an accredited orthodontic program.
  • Licensing: Valid Georgia Dental License. Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage.
  • Experience & Skills: Previous experience as an orthodontist is preferred but not required. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in various orthodontic procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
