Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
