At Positive Development, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care for children and teens with autism. As a Developmental Paraprofessional, you'll play a vital role in our team, working one-on-one with clients in their homes using our innovative developmental approach.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, fostering emotional and relational growth.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement tailored plans for each client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families, ensuring they're informed and engaged in the care process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment that prioritizes client success.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism a strong asset.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 months with Positive Development.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, get up and down from the floor, and engage in active play with clients.
