- Offer on-call coverage for Roman Catholic patients, providing timely support and care.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote Catholicism and its relevance to patient care, targeting hospital staff and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the staff action officer to coordinate ceremonies and services, ensuring seamless execution.
- Engage in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the efficient operation of the pastoral care department.
- A master's degree from an accredited graduate school in a relevant field, such as Catholic studies, counseling, or social work.
- At least two years of experience in pastoral ministry, with a focus on providing care to patients, family members, and visitors.
- Proficiency in oral and written English, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and the ability to apply it in a practical setting.
