The Hotel Topeka at City Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Team Leader will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
  • Organize and delegate daily tasks to housekeeping personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness, and monitor work performance throughout shifts.
  • Manage the distribution of linens and maintain accurate records of inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assess the condition of furniture and fixtures regularly.
  • Notify management of any required repairs or replacements, while performing cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and sweeping as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
