About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Product Owner to join our team at Two95 International Inc. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a roadmap of features that improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and top-line revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver product features that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Measure and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on defining and delivering product roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience with Scrum software tools.
  • Experience working with healthcare-related products, particularly EMR/EHR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
