Job Summary: As a key member of the Byrne team, the Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and order goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's needs and the ability to build relationships at an executive level. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex sales and customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and order goals
• Determine and execute priorities and growth opportunities
• Travel regularly to develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
• Gather knowledge about the competitive environment, market shifts, and new product development
• Help position Byrne as the industry expert to our customers
• Establish productive relationships with all levels in assigned customer accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of Byrne resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
• Create and maintain key performance metrics and scorecards for assigned accounts
• Complete strategic sales plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a key/large account management role, preferably in a manufactured products industry
• Proficiency in Action Selling or similar sales methodology
• Experience interacting directly with customers at an executive level
• Strong internal and external personal interaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment while keeping team members on task
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
