About the Role:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled Laboratory/Clinical Lab Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures in Hematology, Chemistry, Transfusion Service, and Microbiology
- Ensure accurate and timely results, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
Requirements:
- ASCP/CA license
- 2 years of experience as a CLS
- Ability to work 5 x 8 night shifts, with weekend rotation included
