Clinical Laboratory Scientist

To perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in hematology, including routine and special tests, as well as coagulation and urinalysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume laboratory setting and be proficient in operating laboratory equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures in hematology, including routine and special tests, as well as coagulation and urinalysis.
- Operate laboratory equipment and software, including automated analyzers and laboratory information systems.
- Transcribe and report test results, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow established quality control procedures and participate in all associated tasks in the section.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and supervisors as needed.
- BS or BA with CLS degree.
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
- California Clinical Hematologist Scientist certification.
- Experience working in a high-volume laboratory setting, preferably in hematology.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and software, including automated analyzers and laboratory information systems.
