Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples
- Develop and implement new testing protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- California State Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLS) or Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License (CHS)
- CHT/CHS ACHI Certification preferred but not required
- Previous experience in HLA preferred but not required
- Local to the San Francisco Bay Area or be actively in the process of relocating to that area
