Practice Manager

At Gaines Shoal Animal Clinic, we are passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care to our patients. As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, working closely with our Regional Director of Operations and Managing Doctor to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and manage expenses
  • Collaborate with the Heartland Human Resources team to resolve in-house human resource issues
  • Establish and execute performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and laws, including OSHA, DEA, EEOC, ADA, and the Department of Labor
  • Partner with the MDVM to ensure all team members are adhering to practice operating procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience required
  • Previous veterinary medicine experience preferred
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
