Job Overview

In addition to providing top-notch customer support, you will also be responsible for updating and maintaining customer information in our database, processing customer orders, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update and maintain customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Generate sales leads, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, including Zoho and Zendesk.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
