About the Role

BioProtein Technology is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and company policies.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our nutritional supplements, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively assist and educate customers.
  3. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, finding effective solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Support: Promote and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences, contributing to overall sales goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback regarding products and services to help improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations and fulfillment of customer needs.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health, nutrition, or communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutritional supplement industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer support software.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
