Job Title: Dealer Relationship Representative

About the Role:

The Dealer Relationship Representative plays a vital role in identifying and acquiring new auto and powersports dealer business relationships. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with dealers and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new dealer partners to generate sales on Company products and services.
  • Assist dealer partners with loan origination and deal funding.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide support to ensure credit quality.
  • Work closely with management to analyze sales trends and market competition.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the auto dealer or finance industry, with a strong understanding of credit and lending.
  • Reliable internet and telephone service, and a dedicated home office or workspace.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within a designated territory.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle records history.

  • Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Ability to collaborate with different partners to provide value to organization initiatives.
