Our Brand Management Leadership Development Program (BLDP) is structured to provide multiple rotations that cultivate essential Brand Management skills and prepare participants for future leadership positions. As part of the BLDP, you will gain practical experience in steering teams to implement significant brand marketing initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE?


• Team Leadership: Act as the central figure in leading a diverse team of cross-functional partners to develop and execute brand management strategies, which encompass product development, packaging, pricing, and operational processes.


• Brand Development: Understand your target audience and engage them through contemporary brand-building tactics. Integrate innovative marketing strategies with overarching growth objectives across all marketing channels.


• Business Management: Take ownership of and manage profit and loss statements to achieve growth, profitability, and market share goals. This includes spearheading initiatives across the 4Ps: product innovation, strategic revenue management, distribution expansion, and promotional strategies.
