Job Overview

Position Summary:

Oversee a diverse range of rental properties within the Albuquerque region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enforce rental lease agreements.
  • Facilitate the collection of rent and the leasing process for individual units.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Manage and submit requests for maintenance and other essential services.
  • Process tenant-related legal matters, including eviction and compliance issues.
  • Maintain communication with property owners, tenants, and management regarding notices, updates, and directives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities for engaging with vendors, tenants, and property owners.
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with rental agreements and anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Competitive salary/hourly rate plus leasing commissions based on experience.



Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
