Real Estate Property Supervisor

Position Summary:
Oversee a diverse range of rental properties within the Albuquerque region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enforce rental lease agreements.
- Facilitate the collection of rent and the leasing process for individual units.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal.
- Manage and submit requests for maintenance and other essential services.
- Process tenant-related legal matters, including eviction and compliance issues.
- Maintain communication with property owners, tenants, and management regarding notices, updates, and directives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities for engaging with vendors, tenants, and property owners.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Conversational proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Familiarity with rental agreements and anti-discrimination regulations.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Access to reliable transportation.

Compensation:
Competitive salary/hourly rate plus leasing commissions based on experience.
