Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing and guiding supervisors in various aspects of production, including but not limited to:

  • Directing and training supervisors to ensure optimal production performance
  • Managing production paperwork and ensuring accuracy
  • Monitoring yields and implementing strategies to improve efficiency
  • Overseeing time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, and safety
  • Resolving problems and implementing solutions to improve production

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in production management or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
