Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness programs within our community, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to our nursing team. Responsibilities:
  • Health and Wellness: Provide strategic leadership for resident care, managing and directing the nursing team to promote health and wellness.
  • Medication Management: Oversee the community medication management program, ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance: Track and report clinical quality data, participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Manage department budgets, understanding their impact on the community's bottom line.
  • Leadership and Team Member Development: Develop a working knowledge of state/provincial regulations, supervising and coaching team members to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years RN experience, with at least one (1) year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Certified in CPR and First Aid.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary:$85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • Bonuses: Discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses may be offered, depending on position and performance.
