Job Description:

CLevelCrossing is in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our enrollment management efforts. The Senior Vice President of Enrollment Strategy (SVPES) will report directly to the Chief of Staff and work collaboratively with the Provost and Senior Vice President of Student Affairs to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic oversight for the university's undergraduate enrollment initiatives.

This role encompasses all facets of the university's admission programs, including marketing strategies for attracting both traditional and non-traditional students, as well as outreach to high schools and community organizations.

2. Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish financial aid distribution and manage the yearly discount rate.
3. Oversee the admissions and financial aid departments.

4. Contribute to the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan to achieve enrollment goals for first-year and transfer students.

5. Develop and implement recruitment and admission strategies to meet enrollment objectives.
6. Coordinate efforts with the Vice President for Marketing and Communications.
7. Analyze data, enrollment trends, and demographic information to inform enrollment planning and strategies.
8. Foster collaborative relationships across the campus community to enhance student recruitment and retention efforts.

9. Create comprehensive communication strategies for prospective students and their families throughout the enrollment process, utilizing various platforms including presentations, websites, print materials, and social media.

10. Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication with prospective students and their families through personal interactions with university representatives.
11. Regularly update the university community on enrollment trends and events.
12. Develop reporting and analytics utilizing the Slate CRM system.
13. Supervise territory management through dedicated admissions staff.
14. Participate in campus committees as required.
15. Mentor and evaluate admissions staff and student workers, promoting professional development opportunities.

Ensure the growth and development of team members through guidance and mentorship, providing avenues for personal and professional advancement.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enrollment management and leadership. They will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in presentations and marketing.

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and over eight years of experience in admissions or related fields. Knowledge of financial aid processes is highly desirable.

Experience with technology-driven enrollment solutions and comprehensive Higher Ed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Slate, is also preferred.
