Business Development Representative

CrushBank Technology, Inc. is a pioneering AI-driven company revolutionizing the IT Support industry. We're seeking a highly organized and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in making outbound calls and building relationships with customers. A background in Managed Services Providers (MSPs) or related fields is a plus.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, learn from leadership, and transition into an independent sales role after one to two years or collaborate with outside sales representatives. We're looking for candidates with one year of sales or customer service experience and a college degree. Our company culture values collaboration and transparency, and we're seeking individuals who share these values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales calls and appointment setting
- Account targeting (list) management
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Cold calling and business development calls and emails
- Follow up on trade shows, marketing efforts, and warm opportunities
- Set appointments and attend initial calls
- Research new leads from database sources, social media, and other lists
- Network with other business consultants and subject matter experts to create a list of trusted partners to share opportunities
- Attend weekly internal meetings
- KPIs will be outlined for each of these responsibilities on a weekly basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- One year of sales experience in the professional services industry
