Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Employer Sales team at Wonderschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and building partnerships with employers to offer world-class childcare benefits to their workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and benefit administrators
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our childcare benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine our sales process and drive operational improvements
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements
  • 3+ years of benefits sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Enterprise sales experience, preferably in the Edtech industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and demo skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our childcare benefits
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and bonus structure, with a base pay of $120,000 and an expected OTE of $240,000 annually
