The Customer Service Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and accurate order processing, resolution of product or service issues, and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Process customer orders and report relevant data to 3PL providers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, ship dates, prices, availability, and backorders.
- Gather and review all necessary order entry specifications and details to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Interact with dissatisfied customers, employing service and communication techniques to resolve conflicts and answer inquiries respectfully.
- Analyze sales reports and client account information to gain insights into providing exceptional service for specific clients.
- Ensure all products are transferred and delivered to designated locations as requested.
- Review availability of items to be shipped by checking inventory records or conducting spot inventories.
- Identify and report slow-moving products.
- Ensure all necessary reports and forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with supervisors as necessary.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
- Keep managers and supervisors informed of Finished Goods Inventory status and report any discrepancies.
- Attend all company training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using technology to manage orders and communicate with customers.
