We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. As a key member of our Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in providing psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention for children with a range of presenting concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify developmental and behavioral health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified concerns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Teach and supervise in our pediatric medical and psychology training programs
- Contribute to research and scholarly activities
Requirements:
- PhD in Clinical Psychology, Pediatric Psychology, or Clinical Child Psychology
- Completed internship at an APA-accredited program with a focus on child psychology
- Relevant experience in child assessment and intervention
- Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
