Job Overview

C & B Equipment, a dynamic family-owned enterprise with over 35 years of experience in the agricultural, material handling, and powersports sectors, is seeking a Store Operations Leader. This position is crucial for managing the comprehensive functions of our agricultural equipment dealership, which includes overseeing sales of equipment, parts, and services. The Store Operations Leader will collaborate closely with Regional Managers to enhance business growth, deliver outstanding customer service, and motivate employees to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and promote the company's core values, vision, and mission.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan that aligns with the company's values, mission, resources, and objectives.
  • Guide the recruitment, development, assessment, and performance of the management team.
  • Manage the evaluation, allocation, and utilization of human, physical, and financial resources to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Delegate management responsibilities effectively through the leadership team.
  • Facilitate clear communication across the organization and lead regular management meetings and business reviews.
  • Exercise sound decision-making authority to advance the implementation of the business plan and achieve set goals.
  • Adopt effective business practices and processes to fulfill the company's objectives.
  • Maintain the company's reputation and image within the community, ensuring that relationships with all stakeholders are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Strong desire to mentor a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands associated with various job functions, including lifting, carrying, and other physical activities.
  • High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business or a related field is preferred.
