Job Title: Sanitation Team Member

Location: Gibson City, IL

Pay Range: $15.50

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and skilled Sanitation Team Member to join our team. As a Sanitation Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train on 1st shift for 2 weeks, then transfer to 2nd shift.
  • Ensure that established sanitation practices are followed.
  • Clean lines to the required level of microbiological sanitation.
  • Keep the facility and equipment clean.
  • Prevent infestation.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail and ability to spot sanitation issues.
  • Good understanding of machinery and areas requiring specific attention during cleaning.
  • Ability to disassemble and reassemble machinery correctly.
  • Comprehension and adherence to safety rules and requirements, including Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) and Fall Protection.
  • Ability to complete documentation requirements correctly and on time.
  • Comprehension and use of ATP swabbing equipment, record results, and react to out-of-spec results.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
