Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the renewable energy industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic clients, including identification, due diligence, and development strategies for new projects.
  • Business Development: Work with our capture team to execute capture strategies during the proposal process, ensuring commitments are upheld by key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Provide project management support to ensure projects meet Primoris Renewables and client needs, including financial, schedule, logistics, and execution plans.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively within the organization and with clients to develop capture strategies and secure project awards.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, construction management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-7+ years in the EPC industry, with experience in multiple departments within EPC a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, excellent communication and people skills, ability to listen to clients and effectively discriminate information, and strong technical skills within the energy storage industry.
Preferred Skills
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Primoris's practice, clientele, goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Contractual Knowledge: Basic understanding of contractual terms, risks, and mitigation measures.
  • Financial Knowledge: Some knowledge of project financial structures and forecasting techniques.
  • CRM Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
Benefits and Pay
  • Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
  • Benefits: Paid company holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, short-term/long-term disability, and 401K with matching contribution.
