Job Responsibilities
As the Associate Director of Events, you will:
  • Oversee the coordination of sales operations in collaboration with various departments.
  • Enhance and sustain business relationships with all clients.
  • Maintain an organized customer database.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities, implementing action plans to secure new business.

It is essential to communicate any matters that may impact the interests of Accor to management promptly.

Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in crafting the Strategic Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Guide the Sales & Marketing team to achieve the objectives set forth in the Strategic Plan.

Foster seamless collaboration with all departments to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.

Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Ensure that the team is well-versed in safety protocols and departmental objectives.

Inspire and develop your team to promote a cohesive working environment.

Demonstrate leadership qualities that emphasize motivation, integrity, and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is required.
