Job Summary

Woodbridge Corporation is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring, motors, and PLC components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low-voltage AC/DC circuits and PLC input/output devices.
  • Conduct fabrication and installation of new conduit and wiring, plumbing, hose, and metal tubing.
  • Perform general welding, cutting, and sheet metal fabrication, as well as machine lubrication and replacement of input/output devices.
  • Implement proactive scheduled maintenance, including checklists and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a combination of education and experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Three to five years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automated machine systems, including electrical and mechanical aspects.
  • Ability to work with basic shop tools and troubleshooting devices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production teams.
Working Conditions

The majority of your time will be spent in a production environment, with occasional travel as needed. You will be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Demands

Working Schedule

Standard work hours will consist of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, on an assigned shift. Schedule hours may be altered as required by the training needs of employees or equipment breakdown. You may be required to work overtime or irregular hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as requested.
