Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive care to patients with various medical, surgical, and chronic conditions.
- Uphold and promote the hospital's mission and values.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding their health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Engage in unit meetings and contribute to team activities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical Nursing.
- Telemetry and hospital experience preferred.
- Certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) is advantageous.
