Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and functional end-user support for Procore and other construction technology-related applications.
  • Conduct complex process discovery to support project needs and requests.
  • Facilitate business process reengineering and change management to standardize and optimize business processes and systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze, define, document, and manage requirements.
  • Support key operational and business processes associated with the construction industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, information systems and technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in construction-related roles or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Procore experience in an administrative support role or as an experienced end-user preferred.
